Providing verbal or visual reminders to the resident to perform regularly scheduled treatments and exercises.

Delegated Tasks

Delegated Tasks are services a licensed healthcare professional assigns to a trained caregiver to provide to the resident.

Meal Preparation

Prepare modified diets ordered by a licensed health professional to accompany medications.

Direct Care

Assistance with dressing, self-feeding oral hygiene, hair care, grooming, toileting, and bathing

Pre-Admission Meeting
Based on the assessed level of services, our team schedules a face2face meeting to ensure everyone makes an informed decision to move in to Gentle Haven.

Move In
Once a consensus has been reached, our admission team schedules the move in date and a face-to-face admission assessment.
